At PRC, we understand that adding a dog to your family is a big step. Through our adoption process, we hope to ensure that the dog you bring home will be the best match for your family.
If a dog catches your eye on the home page, please fill out our online adoption application.
Once we have received your application, we will call or email you to set up a time for you to meet the dog!
The next step is for a PRC representative to bring the dog by for a home visit. Everyone in the household should be present during this stage.
Once you have been approved for a dog, you must sign an adoption contract and pay the adoption fee before the dog can become a permanent member of your family. At the time of adoption, you will receive all of the dog’s previous medical records and rabies tag.
